AAT’s advanced 3.5 mm stem design addresses critical functional challenges of standard valves that commonly lead to clogging in particle-rich formulations. Conventional valve designs are prone to stem gasket flexing during actuation, as the valve opens and closes, which promotes heavy product build up. Over time, powder accumulation between the gasket and the stem results in inconsistent performance, potential valve blockage, propellant leakage, and reduced product evacuation.
AAT’s advanced straight shank system minimizes gasket flexing and actively wipes residual powder from the stem during each use to minimize product build up. This cutting-edge design ensures consistent flow during use by reducing valve clogging, preventing propellant leakage that can lead to a “dead can,” and maintaining optimal discharge efficiency.
