Noble, an Aptar Pharma company, recently welcomed community leaders, employees, and representatives from Redemption Home to its Orlando headquarters for a special presentation ceremony recognizing its support for the organization's mission of providing mentorship, stability, and opportunity for young men across Central Florida.

The event brought together Noble employees and local community advocates to celebrate the life-changing work being done by Redemption Home, which serves approximately 20 young men across multiple group homes. The organization provides a structured environment, positive male role models, and consistent guidance as they work toward brighter futures.

Noble President, Craig Baker, presented a ceremonial check to Redemption Home representatives during the event, highlighting the importance of investing in organizations that strengthen local communities and create meaningful opportunities for young people.

"At Noble, we believe strong communities are built when people and organizations come together to support those who need it most," said Craig. "The work Redemption Home is doing goes beyond providing housing—it creates hope, stability, mentorship, and opportunity. We're honored to be part of recognizing and supporting their mission."

Also in attendance was Representative Anna V. Eskamani of the Florida House of Representatives, who addressed attendees and spoke about the important role organizations like Redemption Home play in supporting vulnerable youth throughout Central Florida.

Representative Eskamani emphasized the need for strong community partnerships and highlighted the positive impact Redemption Home is having by providing young men with the resources, encouragement, and structure needed to build successful futures.

The organization has become an important resource for young men facing significant challenges, creating supportive environments where residents can develop life skills, confidence, and a sense of belonging. Through mentorship and individualized support, Redemption Home helps young men overcome obstacles and realize their potential.

For Noble employees and their families, supporting organizations like Redemption Home reflects the company's longstanding commitment to community engagement and social responsibility. Investments in youth development not only transform individual lives but also contribute to stronger, safer communities and help prepare future generations for success.

A monetary donation, presented during the ceremony, was made possible through the Aptar Charitable Foundation, which supports charitable initiatives in communities where Aptar and its business entities operate. As an Aptar Pharma company headquartered in Orlando, Noble was proud to host the event locally and celebrate the collective impact that can be achieved when businesses and community organizations work together to create positive change.

As the ceremony concluded, attendees gathered for photos and conversation with Redemption Home representatives, sharing a common belief that investing in young people today helps create stronger communities tomorrow.
