AAT is a vertical slider valve specifically engineered for formulations with a high content of powder particles or glitter. Designed for complex formulas with a high amount of solid particles, the AAT valve addresses common performance challenges with pressurized packaging such as clogging and reduced evacuation. 

The advanced straight shank system minimizes gasket flexing and wipes residual formula from the stem during use to reduce product build up. AAT’s 3.5 mm stem is available with a range of orifice sizes to adjust spray rate and particle output size for optimal performance, delivering smooth, consistent dispensing. The aluminum valve fixture offers strong compatibility due to the range of coating options available. 

AAT integrates with standard aerosol systems and can be paired with a variety of actuator designs including our hoodless, twist-to-lock aerosol collection, actuators with over caps, and spray buttons for a consistent brand experience.

AAT uses slider valve technology to manage the flow of high-powder formulations within the valve system. The straight shank design reduces interaction between the stem and gasket, limiting powder accumulation inside the valve and maintain consistent flow during use. This supports stable spray performance for more complex formulas.
