Aptar Beauty launches NeoDropper Autoload, a Next-Generation Dropper with Automatic Filling and Precise Applicator

Designed for the dermocosmetic and prestige skincare markets, NeoDropper Autoload addresses key consumer needs: precision, control and formula protection. It preserves the intuitive gesture of a traditional dropper while modernizing the user experience with its twist opening and automatic dosing of the short applicator. Shorter Applicator for Precision Dispensing

In addition to NeoDropper Autoload’s dispensing mechanism, the short applicator design improves hygiene and dosage control, while the sealed bottle prevents overflows and spills, even when overturned. The dip tube inside the bottle allows consumers to use the formula until the last drop. This high restitution rate prevents formula waste.

Scientifically Tested Superior Formula Protection

By avoiding direct contact between the formula and the applicator, NeoDropper Autoload demonstrates significantly better protection level against bacterial contamination compared to other traditional droppers. Rigorous tests conducted by an independent microbiology laboratory confirm that NeoDropper Autoload effectively minimizes formula contamination, with levels of microbial contamination being four times lower than those observed with a traditional dropper*.

Effortless Automatic Reload

NeoDropper Autoload features a twist-and-push automatic dispensing mechanism. The push-button actuator appears with just a smooth twist of the cap, ready for dispensing. Upon opening, the formula automatically fills the applicator with just the right dose. The soft actuation and high-precision pipette allow for clean and controlled application. The applicator automatically reloads with the same precise dose at each opening of the packaging.

Premium Customization Options

NeoDropper Autoload offers several customization options for the upper and lower collars as well as the actuator, which include metallization, silk-screening and lacquering. Paired with a glass bottle, the system is compatible with glass recycling streams (depending on local capabilities).

*20 test samples filled with bacteriostatic medium​ bulk challenged twice a day during 5 days in bottle and applicator/pipette, with NeoDropper Autoload and traditional droppers. Results based on levels of microbial contamination after challenge, collected from the bulk from the applicator/pipette, at the end of the challenge period.
