Aptar was recently named a 2023 Diversity Champion by Capital, an economic magazine in France. Out of the 6,000 participating companies, Aptar is ranked 96 and the ranking is further unscored by a rating of 8.18 out of 10, reflecting the effectiveness of Aptar’s policies and initiatives in promoting equity and inclusion within the workplace. Aptar Pharma was also ranked number four out of 162 companies assessed within the pharma industry.
In collaboration with the research institute Statista, Capital compiled the list of the 2023 Diversity Champions Awards (“Palmarès 2023 des Champions de la Diversité”). These awards aim to acknowledge companies that have implemented highly effective policies to combat inequalities and foster inclusivity, as evaluated directly by the employees themselves.
This survey involved 25,000 French employees working in companies with over 250 staff members sharing real experiences and perceptions for their feedback and opinions on their employers’ diversity and inclusion efforts, as well as provide insights into their direct competitors. This approach not only holds companies accountable but also encourages continuous improvement and benchmarking within the industry.
