Aptar Pharma will participate in Pharmapack’s Enabling Diversity in the Workplace panel discussion on Thursday, January 25. Amira Ghozali, Aptar Pharma’s Director Strategy & Market Intelligence, and former Chair of Aptar’s employee resource group (ERG), ALIGN, which focuses on gender equity, will be a panelist at this discussion. She will discuss Aptar’s commitment to creating a fair and equitable workplace for all employees, supported by several DE&I initiatives such as its ALIGN ERG, which is dedicated to career development and the upward progression of women within the company.
