Aptar’s Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer, Kimberly Chainey, named to Diversity Woman Magazine‘s “Elite 100” class of 2023. This list highlights 100 black women that are changing the face of corporate America through executive leadership.
Methodology:
To be selected, candidates must hold a senior level or executive officer position, oversee a major global, national, and/or regional division, and demonstrate a record of leadership success while enhancing company culture.
Kimberly Chainey:
Kim joined the Aptar family in 2020 as a member of Aptar’s Executive Committee. Kim has become an advocate for Aptar’s DEI journey, she is the sponsor for BOLD, Aptar’s employee resource group for employees who identify as Black/African American/African descent. She is also a vocal advocate for gender equity and was a speaker at Aptar’s first International Women’s Day Conference, an internal event dedicated to breaking the gender bias and advocating for gender parity.
