Lancôme’s first haute-parfumerie collection celebrates the Centifolia Rose cultivated at its Domaine de la Rose property in Grasse in the south of France. To dispense this iconic fragrance in the desired way, the L’Oréal-owned brand selected the HDS INUNE refillable fragrance pump from global leader in dispensing systems Aptar Beauty. With its robust design and high technology, it is perfectly engineered to deliver the radical olfactive experiences of the 11 fragrances in the Absolue Les Parfums collection.
The Complexity of the Rose, Revealed
The Absolue fragrances are based on two new patented rose extracts especially crafted for Lancôme, so olfactory integrity was crucial. Aptar Beauty worked closely with the Maison to provide the right dispenser for the new collection. The culmination of a two-year collaboration, the INUNE pump uses Aptar’s High Definition Spray (HDS) actuator technology to ensure that every facet of each fragrance is revealed in its full complexity. The POM-free pump has no metal contact with the fragrance, further safeguarding the fragrances’ olfactory identity.
A Refillable Spray With a Fine Diffusion
With Absolue Les Parfums, Lancôme decided to switch to refillable packaging. HDS INUNE is provided with an SNI 15 screw neck to allow easy refilling. It features a light spray that delivers a wide and fine diffusion. With each actuation, a 70 mcl dose is sprayed generously onto the skin, adding to the sensorial experience.

Just as the fragrance combines traditional French savoir-faire and innovation, so does the dispenser. HDS INUNE Refill is manufactured and decorated at Aptar Beauty’s facility in Le Neubourg, France. The gold anodization is perfectly color matched to the cap and metal plate affixed to the bottle. Together with its invisible mechanism, the high-end dispenser enhances the product’s luxury look and feel.
