It utilizes a purely mechanical Tip-Seal technology and a filter-membrane. The Tip-Seal prevents backflow into the tip and the sterile filter membrane filters any incoming air when the system is ventilated.

The Pure Pin has a spray pin made from clean COC-material for sensitive formulations to ensure a high level of chemical inertness.
Filter protection valves allow OSD bottle venting via one-way airflow to protect the filter from contact with the medium.
Pure Cap is hermetically sealed to ensure sterility of the tip prior to first use.
Liner Cap has been designed to avoid crystallization at the tip.
A Standard Cap is also available.
