All-Plastic, High-Dose Dispensing Pump with Shortest Stack Height and E-Commerce Capability

HDP combines sustainability, formula compatibility, and omnichannel packaging needs in one innovative package. Featuring a metal-free spring positioned outside of the dosage chamber, the all-plastic design is optimized for formula compatibility and high recyclability. It is fully-recyclable within the polyproylene (PP) waste stream and available in up to 50% Post-Consumer Recycled Resin (PCR).

HDP is also optimized for omnichannel packaging needs. The down-locking, twist-to-lock neck finish makes HDP e-commerce capable*, ensuring it is safe for transit or use on the go. The short stack height enhances a product’s shelf presence and fits well on retail shelves. At 15mm, it is the shortest stack height available for high-dosage products in the market.

HDP is highly-customizable to help reinforce brand equity. It is available with two neck finish options, in-mold coloring and various finish options for the pump or collar.
