At the beginning of the ceremony, Stephan Tanda, Aptar President and CEO, alongside members of the executive committee, virtually welcomed all participants. The groundbreaking was attended by government officials, customers and partners.
Aptar’s Intelligent Production and R&D Headquarters Base, covering 60,000 square meters, will bring all Aptar segments under one roof with state-of-the-art equipment and automation, while leveraging our multiple functional areas together on one site. This investment also brings us closer to our customers, many of which are world leading brands. With this being one of Aptar’s largest investments in Asia to date, our strong confidence and long-term, firm commitment to the Chinese market is well-proven.
