Aptar China was honored with the “Greater Suzhou Best Employer 2024” at Suzhou Broadcasting Studio in September. This is the second time the company has received this award, having previously won in 2022. With its strong employer branding, consistent efforts to cultivate a vibrant corporate culture, advocating for social responsibility, and by promoting employee growth, Aptar China stood out from the fierce competition of more than 300 outstanding companies.
Karly Jiang, HR Director, Northeast Asia, attended the ceremony on behalf of Aptar, alongside with industry leaders such as Roche, Bosch and Eli Lilly. The award was presented by Mr. Xianda Xiong, Deputy Director of the Suzhou Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, and Ms. Huiqin Gao from the Suzhou Federation of Trade Unions.
In addition, Aptar China was highlighted in the “2024 Greater Suzhou Best Employer Practices Case Portfolio” for our advancements and exemplary practices in corporate culture. Our dedication to “Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) Culture Development” was particularly recognized, showcasing our cultural achievements and the extensive appreciation we have received from industry experts and the public.
