Aptar China was honored to be recognized by sHero for our driving the importance of DEI in our culture. On Nov 8th, Aptar China was awarded the “Best Companies for Female Executives Award 2022”. This is second recent recognition that Aptar China has received in the DEI field, following last year’s “Best Companies x Inclusion 2021” sHero award.

Xiangwei Gong, President, Aptar Asia, and Karly Jiang, HR Director, Northeast Asia, were invited to attend the sHero Award 2022 Ceremony. Christine Liu, sHero Founder and chairwoman, presented the “Best Companies for Female Executives Awards 2022” to Aptar China. Karly Jiang received the award on behalf of Aptar China and shared some insight into Aptar’s practices and achievements in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. Additionally, Xiangwei Gong, President Aptar Asia, was invited to present to the winners of “Best Companies x Prime Employers for Women”.
