Established by UN Women and the UN Global Compact, these principles provide a holistic framework for businesses to champion women’s rights, ensuring an inclusive and equitable workplace. By endorsing the WEPs, Aptar joins a global movement that advocates for gender-inclusive policies and practices across industries.

The WEPs guide companies to establish a culture of diversity and inclusion, recognizing the value of gender balance in decision-making processes, encouraging fair representation of women at all organizational levels and challenging systemic barriers hindering their progress.

In line with this commitment, ALIGN, Aptar’s Employee Resource Group (ERG) dedicated to gender equity and the empowerment of women, is actively integrating the WEPs into its initiatives, translating these principles into tangible improvements in workplace practices and culture.
